While listening to Marianne Williamson who is The Course In Miracles guide and longtime speaker I thought I'd jot down some ideas that may spark more reflection among Livfully Friends... How are you doing now as you read this post? Hopefully invited to enjoy the bigger idea of LOVE rather than FEAR. One avenue to get from Fear to Love is to Pray.

She shared that when we pray for guidance in our thinking and actions, our lives and connecting is to have a more loving, kind experience...since G-d is within our hearts and minds as well as in the universe.

  • Ideas on The Reconnection and Dr. Sha as well as most faiths that allow for many unexplainable healings and even being brought back to life could be worth everyone having a look at. The realm of spirituality is full of mystical and more 'cause and effect' as well as universal laws we might benefit from knowing about such as offered by Edgar Cayce through A.R.E. and Rudolf Steiner and folks like Dr.

Here'a s note a "message in a bottle' I tossed into the cyberspace waves this morning to say hello to a new pal on the Wassaic train line. She hardly is ever up that way and almost got stranded in the cold after biking to her Millerton 'mountaintop' destination when she began her jaunt out of the city. This was a wise hardly soul with lots of biking experience.
 
The problems she shared that gave her cause for concern was not her bike or her stamina, it was that her Cell Phone stopped working in the Cold Temperatures and she wasn't quite sure how much longer she had to go in  the dark and

This was to my fam and friends but thought I'd save time and repost here since there is a free day, 3-5-17 for listening which there often is just when you thought you missed the last session of one of those online events. Also there is a great VRDT (Vasar Repertory Dance Theatre)  progam at the Bardavon in Poughkeepsie today.
 
I was in the first one of those shows back in the early 1980s. I wish all dancers and audiences great experiences and thank them for lighting up the grid.

Sitting at a computer reflecting on the news headlines in our local papers in CT, The Lakeville Journal and The Republican-American out of Waterbury CT, there were shocking headlines about how many students are Not Passing one or more classes.

That was a catalyst for about ten letters and two main articles about the new schedule proposal at HVRHS (Housatonic Valley Regional High School) in Falls Village CT.)  With shrinking populations in many smaller towns in the MA/NY CT area, every 'sector of the community' is under scrutiny to see what is needed to help them succeed at whatever age and
