Wonderful to catch up with what folks have been doing via the Book Club at the Norfolk CT which is held on zoom currently. Check their site NorfolkLibrary.org for the next reads and links to the zoom. Congratulations to all writers, readers, leaders and dreamers (of joining in one or more of those circles...) Hope everyone can take time to learn about what's available at their local libraries and much of what's online for many more to join in via zoom or see past programs!
Thanks to all donating time, talent and treasure to helping libraries, social services and support to remain in the community (such as CT Community Cares or online help for elders and caregivers, adult and collegiate or high school and elementary and early educational programs, daycares and care providers, civic and faith outreaches that support people succeed. Encouraging storytelling and sharing, journaling (on a calendar or notebook of activities and people seen as well as health and important dates.)
Okay to 'fill in more details later' whether of family trees and schools, towns and work over the decades and keep in touch with how things have played out and can be part of one's network and current advocacy as well for health and support. Meanwhile the themes in many stories can highlight insights into a life journey and much of history as well as how life unfolds going forward in reality and in our hearts and visions..
