Who has time to Think About Working Out or Blending Stretches and massage into one's daily routine to pamper what keeps the bones and muscles in working order? Okay that was a trick question since basically no one 'has the time' but many may be up for Watching a Video for a Few Minutes and Make the Time (a little here and there is "Okay and a smart move" according to Candace Cabrera on her delightful videos made with #TeamGNC.
As for the supplements that are suggested at times whether something you've heard of or a weirder one like ashwaganda, check into that with your doctor and natural health practitioner (and Ayurvedic folks who say some things may work better for various body types even at different times of the year, for instance.)
I'm sure there's a disclaimer in the fine print that nothing is being prescribed and such but I'm sharing the idea that it's important for everyone to double check options and fine tune for oneself and those in one's care. Various doctors may be 'fine with melatonin' and one told me that anything over 5mg if 'overkill and not needed...'
The smallest dose that is effective is usually ideal I've also heard. Longterm use could be problematic some say since melatonin is made naturally by one's body in terms of being affected by early morning light (which is ideal and most natural...)
Not easy to get out in the sun indirectly having it on one's face to enter one's eyes (so without wearing glasses and ot through a window etc.) I am sharing a few things I've learned over the years, so share in that respect...Please do your own ongoing research and check with a few reliable resources...Okay happy listening and kudos to all doing their best to Enjoy Life and Live Fully!
