Inspired by Hearing about Active PK product in Jan. 2019! Let's see how the product is working! A million users have 'felt' better since 2016.

DisruptDeepFat.com sounds promising...talks about AMPK activation which helps reduce the size of fat cells..woo-hoo! They make points that diabetics who have used AMPK activating drugs (that are only available by prescription, are pricey and not covered by insurance and needs to be supervised.) Then this  alleged doctor--and I have no reason to doubt him but want to keep in mind that I did not see primary credentials  (whose on the online infomercial...)

He shares that he came up with an idea of using Berberine which had good results in fat loss and diabetic symptom management. After analyzing 200 studies, they deduced that Berberine produced "rapid activation of AMPK" (adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase, or AMPK.) In googling that term, AMPK activator, many products and suggested dosages came up so keep a pen and paper handy. I will see what Banyan Botanicals offers along these lines (online also, but recommended to me by a friend who knows them personally...)

Ayurvedic medicine and remedies likely would have their own insights as would those doing Chinese herbalism or acupuncture. So good to get more information from respectable resources about what might be causing or factoring into one's condition. Then keep your regular physician on board...and read the fine print of side effects from 'modern medicines'.

From mild to severe, it's good to talk with a friend about any symptoms...such as dizziness, shortness of breath, heart palpatations, anxiety or panic attacks, fainting or pain, rashes and well, you get the picture. Ideally you have people who you can Talk To, Speak with on the phone or by email, and a clinic or doctor you can get to with Someone Else Driving or Going with you on public transportation and taking notes at the appointment..and following up with you regularly.

Even charting on a calendar with a check mark what meds one has taken (or a notebook ideally with a chart and noting the time Before you take the pill) can then help you and others keep track of what you have and have not done. Review instructions about dosage and whether to take with food and how many times a day. That pertains to every kind of medicine, vitamin or other remedy. Getting clear and reviewing a few times with the practioner and another support person can help prevent 'mistakes' due to assuming it's one way or not tracking things.

It's 'easy, normal and human' to not be spot on, so that's where taking a few extra steps to be more consistent with a routine of using a place, containers and tracking system makes sense. That is a basic part of any caregiving but often overlooked for oneself. Take each day to 'do a bit better' and ideally let a friend know your plan and progress by phone if not in person.

Gynostema-pentaphylum (my guess at spelling) was another AMPK activator...with cool results for healthier outcomes (a reduction of Deep Fat) which can lurk under the skin of even skinny people but is likely the cause of any protruding belly fat.

Okay, so likely lots more...(okay, another ingredient is listed) and then they created a formula to help health on a cellular level. They call their product Active PK. He shares that the interplay of the three components increase their benefits and are readily digestible. No prescription would be needed. Loss of craving for unhealthy foods and having more energy were reported over the first 2-4 weeks, and included losing weight and loss of some belly fat. He did say that people who are underweight would not want to take this product.

This is to help people lose weight by improving cellular function. He suggests that a month or more of use is likely to produce results. They offer a guarantee (and on this talk a 90-day back guarantee.)

I am not paid to endorse this but rather am interested in learning who is trying to address what many health and medical people are sharing public..that we have a diabesity epidemic, a high percentage of youth and adults who are overweight and stressed on many levels. Likely it is important to have a physical and understand any interactions with medications you may be on or start taking.

That may include blood pressure medication (and there are a variety with various side effects for some people.) Don't try new things without consulting with your physician in regard to taking medications, vitamins or supplements. You can do research on line or with naturapaths, acupuncturists or homeopaths or even other nutritional counslors and pharmacists.

Make your own team and check with sites such as Sherpaa.com to become more supported in understanding ways to care for yourself. Over the course of months and years, you can track your team and things you tried. Getting copies of your blood tests and keep them in a special box or file, in folders by dates and be ready to chart your own blood pressures and blood sugars (as is reasonable.) Everyone would benefit from noting their A1 C (average blood sugar) and hearing about more conservative numbers about being pre-diabetic or diabetes.

Of course it would make sense to run everything by your medical provider, your certified doctor and so on. Still often they are not able to recommend or advise on things that are not patented drugs. Quercitin is another ingredient (a flavonoid) found in onions and garlic may be another AMPK activator (if I am hearing that correctly while typing away.) I have tried the quercitin after hearing about it from a friend whose 'alternative healing' doctor recommended it.

. I likely will take some now to get over a cold. Check with reliable sources about dosage and any concerns. Overall, reducing sugar intake from corn syrup, white sugar, even too much fructose is likely a helpful step. Another talk I heard was asserting that sugar intake may decrease insulin function, that in turn can result in an increase in fat since that is how excess sugar is stored.

This talk like many declare that they are not asserting that any vitamin or supplement can prevent or cure a medical condition. That is a federal law, so they and I in turn, am not asserting that will be the result of using these products. These are discussion points for you to consider (as is everything on the blog.) Here's to everyone's improved health and outlook on living wholesome, caring lives in circles of respect, friendship, creativity and success on all levels. All the best!
