What is the "Corporate Transparency Act" for Jan 1, 2024?!

A friend I've heard a lot about running podcasts and such from being on clubhouse.com sent me an email...and I wish I'd gotten it soon enough to tune into a program that was explaining more. But for now I'll share part of the email with hopes people (and I'm talking all in the US from state gov't folks and regular business and non-profit ventures can look into this pronto!

We've all heard a bunch of stuff that would be nice if we knew it were a joke or hocus pocus...but we know there are things like BRICS (that's currency used by Brazil, Russian, India, China and South Africa or did I add that in there...?) And possible 'digital currency' replacing regular dollars as in what's in the bank. These are Theories mind you and there are plenty of sci-fi TV and other movies about where we're headed with AI (Artificial Intelligence Everything!)

So I wanted to give you Hope and that would include getting a copy of the paperbook or soon in kindle version of a book on Gratitude...so let me 'lighten the load of bad news with some good news right After the following..

" This seems scary: the federal government is about to put into a place (and enforce) a new law that goes into affect on January 1, 2024. 

It's called the Corporate Transparency Act. 

This law will negatively affect ALL businesses in the U.S. that must comply with the CTA. 

Ironically, the ONLY businesses that are exempt from the CTA are the bigger ones. Businesses that make over 5 million a year AND have 20 or more employees are not affected. 

The scariest part is that if you don't comply with the Corporate Transparency Act there will be harsh fines and possible imprisonment. 

And freedom as YOU know it - can be gone!"
