Fri the 13th, 2020..Here's to our health near and far and socially as well!
Safety and wellness to all in towns, schools and work places and groups where CV19 is popping up. Eating well (less or no sugar added to foods etc or soda and drinks etc but more healthy eating of veggies, small amts of fruits, nuts and meat etc along with good Vit C --research options but a boosting immunity and getting fresh air but not chilled and cold so wear a hat and scarf as weather changes along with layers to stay warm but not overheat...and yes, good breathable cotton clothing, socks and good footwear...falls are no fun and grass and roads get wet and icy...) are all part of the picture of health we want for one another...
Lots of other ideas on my blog too. Common sense and safety when playing (no throwing sticks, stones and such even alone up in the air if they can come back to hurt one's eyes if not protected etc..little kids are ready to explore and bigger ones 'just forget and get carried away' even racing cars, buses and such, so keep the kids safe on all fronts...)
See what HeartMath Experience can teach us all about calming down if feeling upset or worried too... kids can learn it and help the grown-ups on that one. Okay back to enjoying this special area and set of people who are co-creating community in positive ways, even if bumps along the way...it's all part of the learning adventure of L-IF-E if we allow it to be!
