A Passing Storm Spurs Many Messages From Another Realm

on Fri, 08/09/2019 - 00:01

I had a young friend roll some story blocks a few times (a new chapter each time)..and made up a story in a few minutes about a bridge waving to a rainbow, then a powerful force freezing the rainbow..but in the end after the advice of a question mark was honored by a chance helpful entity needing guidance (eating an apple and looking in all directions, including up and down, side to side and actually moving one's head when doing so) the spell was broken...

That was around 3 pm today. Hope all are safe and our 'storm stories' are over for the day...

The Power of Chillin' Out

on Thu, 08/08/2019 - 16:33

This morning I read the first 58 pages of Real Happiness, The Power of Meditation by Sharon Salzberg (author of Lovingkindness), a 28 -day program. I found it helpful to hear from someone whose taught thousands of people from all walks of life in part through the Insight Meditation Society she co-founded with Jack Kornfield and Joseph Goldstein.

The basic idea for starters is to appreciate that many people benefit from being able to 'calm down and tune into' their very own breathing in (slowly) and out (also slowly) ideally for 20 minutes a day in a  consistent quiet place at a regular time.

That's how much of the writing I do on livfully.org turns out for me and I would imagine many others because I wonder out loud "What IF" and don't worry about 'reality, whether past, present, future or this planet or inhabitants of the next.'

Not many mainstream media allow for such 'creative flow, discovery,

Grateful a Mom Shared the Story of Her Child's 2nd Chance Due to 1st Aid!

Likely everyone has seen or heard of a young child 'slipping under the water'...playing in the water then struggling or otherwise taking water in the next (sometimes Not Struggling, as in this case. ) Thankfully this child was revived..How cool is that and such a gift!

Thankfully the people Knew CPR and were ready to use it (the friend of the mom, both nurses..but the Mom was panicking...realizing her son was underwater when she'd helped another child get ready to swim.) A Mom named Maribeth shared how one of her 5 year old twin boys, Adam  was saved by a her nurse friend after he slipped

Song for Caring about People with Type One Diabetes and More

on Sun, 08/04/2019 - 17:12

https://youtu.be/Sd2RuSY-oIE is a song "My Child, Diabetes and Me" is about  Type 1 Diabetes...and is a moving sentiment that can apply to many conditions... But let's learn from one another, shall we.

In a separate outreach,OneDrop.com was founded by a man who got Type 1 diabetes later in life so stay on the look out for all kinds of 'symptom' that need attention. Sometimes docs miss things.

Be willing to address symptoms of flu, tiredness and more (which can be linked to meningitis even for students and of course young children), tick borne diseases and more.

Thanks for keeping an eye
