Amidst hearing the 'depressing news' on WNYC about President Trump declaring the Paris Climate Accord 'disadvantages' the US, I heard about an exciting Cultural Arts Festival in Brooklyn NY which I can likely enjoy at some point. Maybe a little networking at said cultural event (and all other gatherings) could promote networking and building awareness. Unfortunately now WNYC is describing the more visible opiod epidemic, with people showing up in public places, such as the library in Philadelphia having clear problems, even overdosing on the door step.

When tuning into the text of Brown University's Presidential speech to the 2017 Graduates in May 2017, I learned that a Brown Grad from the 1980s pursued political ambitions and focused on addressing the opiod problem (in her state and maybe the country...time to get back to that site after I post this entry.) That reminded me that drugs and mental illness are 'equal opportunity destroyers'. When I ushered movies shown at college in the 1980s, I recall one "The Harder They Fall". The theme song was "The higher they climb, the harder they fall, one and all..."

LEAVES

Lovely colors like a painting

Eventful seasons with extraordinary golds

Amazing shapes like thin ice on the water

Valuable reds fill the air

Easy yellows come down before deep oranges

Simple browns come down last but not least

It can be comforting to reflect on the personality and spirit of a person who is no longer walking the Earth.

Jeannie Spiro's question on her public FB page, I got this response for a routine I may have for Monday, Monday...

I often feel like Monday is a One-Day, Tuesday, a Two-Day, Wednesday a Three-Day, Thursday a Four-Day, and Friday, a Five-Day with Saturday being a Six-Day and Sunday, a Seven-Day.

Now IF I remember to think of this on a Monday as the 1st day of the Work Week or Weekdays, then it sets up the rest of the week to be counted as ' the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th days'.

If I take note of the Actual Date, then again, I can do the Math of What the Dates are of the week and I will say, for instance Today being Mon May 22nd, Tues the 23rd, Wed 24th, Thur the 25th, Fri the 26th, then Sat

Finding one's message and one's voice can take a while. Many coaching experts say 'your message and delivery, indeed 'everything about You and Your Brand (yes the two can be inextricably linked)' needs to relate to Your Audience, Your "Ideal Client", Your Tribe. (Have you ever heard this on internet outreaches or from motivational speakers and business coaches?

Whether "You" are a person, a part of a group, a non-profit or a for-profit (not necessarily turning a profit or a high ROI--return on investment of not only money--maybe from friends, fundraisers, donors, investors and your own sweet
