I won't use too much verbiage since that could delay you heading that way! By way to 'upgrade and enhance' your awareness of communication skills, practice Listening, Speaking and Pitching ideas and more, see Toastmasters.org and PM me if interested in a group that is on zoom in CT (with live meetings possibly in the NWCT area) as well as the zoom option, a win-win.

That would be a great way to grow community ties in the "Many Connect" area of MA/NY

Keep an eye out ofr the kind of fun most people have enjoyed in rural areas. See other posts chronologically on this blog. Not to be verbose, just skim and enjoy the offerings and plan to get in some top picks with planning for outdoors (including ticks and other tricks, sunglasses, sunscreen or outerwear and umbrellas for changing weather.)
Keep track of minors in general and even at the friendly events (two adults for a group of four or so, sound about right?) Thanks and keep the good

Take Time to Learn CPR, First Aid, Situational Awareness (Okay that's a Bigger idea but impt too)

Who knows who will need to know these basic skills? I have taken a few trainings over the years. Sometimes there are free sessions offered as well (and worth looking online to at least watch basic first aid and CPR skills!)
 
Thanks to all who have taken time to learn and help themselves and others Prevent Choking (don't eat and talk at the same time or eat too much or foods like stringy roast beef, hotdogs or other meats or tough foods that can get bigger or tougher to swallow than chew...)
 
Help kids think ahead and watch out for 'games' such as throwing grapes in the air and
