Serving breakfast to a sleepy-headed folksĀ is a privilege for me. As it happened this morning, I found some leftover lightly boiled kale in a pot as I was making French toast and an egg over easy (along with good green tea from www.metamate.cc which is packed within a month rather than the more typical year. That is not an every day morning wake up drink but good to keep in mind for high schoolers and college kids rather than caffeine...). The kale got tossed in the hot pan along with a tad of oil so the liver can get cleansed as well..and ready to help regulate blood sugar.
